Operation Community Capture began in 2007 as a vision of compassion for founder Nikki Rouse to provide portraits to underserved families and individuals during pivotal transitions in their lives.
In its infancy Operation Community Capture worked with notable organizations such as the Stewart Marchman WARM Project as well as the Women of Diverse Endeavors to create memorable events for individuals and families to treasure for a lifetime.
Now in its new capacity O:CC will be connecting with the community to bring the same memorable experiences while also providing long term community resources in the form of life skills education, financial literacy workshops, urban community wellness initiatives, providing tangible resources to adapt and thrive, and much more!
