As a full spectrum doula I am trained and experienced in the "normal" or physiological birth process and understand how the mind and body transforms to prepare for such a special occasion. My goal with birth coaching is to provide YOU with the information, support, and resources you need to feel prepared and confident throughout your pregnancy so that when its time to give birth you are empowered and ready! This package is virtual and customizable based on your individual needs, regardless where or how you plan to give birth, and can include: Meal planning assistance or suggestions Personalized activities to cultivate a healthier mental and emotional pregnancy Personalized birth prep activities to encourage an easier physical delivery Consistent phone and virtual communication Personalized birth and postpartum planning Connections to holistic healthcare practitioners (acupuncturists, nutritionists, counselors, naturopaths, midwives, herbalists, chiropractors, etc) to support you on your journey. This budget friendly package is perfect for those are seeking a more independent birth support experience! Schedule your free call and lets start making the best decisions for your pregnancy journey. As an out of network provider my packages are not covered by insurance. However, installation payments and super billing for insurance reimbursement is available upon request. I also utilize the Green Bottle method to determine a family's sliding scale placement. Please inquire about the Green Bottle method if interested.
