Birth and family educator and Full Spectrum Doula, Sarah uses over 20 years of personal and professional experience to work side by side with moms, families, and other birthing people to cultivate autonomous pregnancy and parenting plans that align with your personal preferences.

Join us during this 6 week series as we cultivate a brave space to learn more about ourselves, our bodies, and our unique perspective on motherhood!

We will intentionally prepare mind, body, and spirit for the unknowns and unexpecteds of pregnancy while strengthening our confidence that we can smile thru labor and experience childbirth with less pain and fear.

Each week will focus on understanding the mental, emotional, and physcal aspects of childbirth including:

• Late pregnancy
• Creating a birth plan
• Advocating for self
• Stages of labor and delivery
• Postpartum planning
• Mind-body connection Comfort techniques
• How to make labor less painful
• Life with newborn

My hope for you is to discover and nurture the mother within in order to prepare and fortify her for the journey to parenting. I also hope that you develop friendships with the other expectant mothers in this space or be inspired to seek out folks in your own neighborhood so you never feel alone.
