WHO - Pregnant people and those who love/support them
WHAT - A series of 1hr classes over a 4 week period
WHY - To become educated and empowered to experience a confident and enjoyable birth.
WHEN - Wednesdays in January @ 6:30pm EST
HOW - via Google Meet
Work with Full Spectrum Doula Sarah to become more confident in your abilities during labor, postpartum, and the newborn stages.
What can you expect?
- Before you give birth (making arrangements, taking care of yourself, coping techniques for labor discomfort, and more).
- What happens during childbirth (understanding labor, medical interventions, types of births, and more).
- After you give birth (caring for your newborn, postpartum changes and self-care, lactation, and more).
