About the event
By attending a childbirth education class you're reclaiming the knowledge of birth so that you can prepare mind, body, and spirit for the journey into parenthood. You can also confidently work with your OB or Midwife to make more informed choices about the type of care you and your baby need and ultimately create a more empowered and less fear inducing birth.
No matter where you are in pregnancy, this class is for you!
