The time directly after birth is commonly known as the “fourth trimester” and is often a very dynamic time in a new parent’s life. Brining home a new baby impacts our being, our home, and even our lifestyle. Having a trusted, support system in place can help make this time in life a little easier to adjust to. Customizable in home support based on the length of time and the type of support you prefer. can include: Weekly home visits for the first 4 weeks Bi-weekly home visits after the first 4 weeks Regular phone and email communication up to 12 weeks Continuous village support for up to 12 months Create postpartum plan and community network for smoother transition after birth Assist with household tasks Assist with siblings and or pets Assist with meals Assist with infant care when you need a hot shower or warm meal Provide infant feeding support Facilitate bonding with your new baby Provide information/education to bridge the gap between you and the medical community Customize and create affirmations, intentions, and herbal remedies to support a healthy postpartum recovery Connections to holistic healthcare practitioners (acupuncturists, nutritionists, counselors, naturopaths, midwives, herbalists, chiropractors, etc) to support you on your journey. As an out of network provider my packages are not covered by insurance. However, installation payments and super billing for insurance reimbursement is available upon request. I also utilize the Green Bottle method to determine a family's sliding scale placement. Please inquire about the Green Bottle method if interested.
