As a full spectrum doula I am trained and experienced in the "normal" or physiological birth process and understand how the mind and body transforms to prepare for such a special occasion. With the birth and pregnancy support package my goal is to provide you with the information, resources, and consistent nonjudgmental support you need to feel prepared and confident for your birth experience, regardless how or where you plan to give birth. This package is one on one and customizable and can include: Personalized activities to cultivate a healthier mental and emotional pregnancy. Personalized birth prep activities to encourage an easier physical delivery. How to advocate for your needs throughout pregnancy and while in the birthing space. Lactation basics Newborn 101 Meal planning assistance or suggestions. Consistent phone and virtual communication On call beginning at Connections to holistic healthcare practitioners (acupuncturists, nutritionists, counselors, naturopaths, midwives, herbalists, chiropractors, etc) to support you on your journey. Book your free consultation today! As an out of network provider my packages are not covered by insurance. However, installation payments and super billing for insurance reimbursement is available upon request. I also utilize the Green Bottle method to determine a family's sliding scale placement. Please inquire about the Green Bottle method if interested.
