Summer is coming to an end but the fun doesn't have to! Consider this activity for a quiet afternoon.
Create photo albums containing pictures of your summer activities with friends, food, and loved ones. This can be digital or go old school and have some printed, then use some of those same amazing memories to create a unique gift for holiday celebrations or birthdays later in the year.
Remember, as the summer season comes to an end in this part of the world, continue to use sun protection and stay hydrated! Much of the country is experiencing record heat as well as drought. Be mindful of what foods and drinks can rob you of hydration like alcohol or caffeine and salty processed foods. Remember that eating certain foods can help you stay hydrated too so look for cucumbers and melons for a daily snack with little calories and lots of H2O.
