We'll meet every 4th Sunday of the month to walk the 1 mile exercise trail that loops around Sanlando Park.

This is not a paved trail! Please wear appropriate footwear and bring water.

We can and will stop at various exercise stations to participate as you feel comfortable.

This is a family friendly activity however we will not be at the playground.
